Job description

We have administration roles across our head office departments, these roles can range from Graduate entry level roles to positions that would require some specialist knowledge. An administrative role supports the effective and efficient running of a department.

Lucy Jacques – Administration

I Started work at Sports Direct on the 30th March 2015 as a Health and Safety Administrator. My role includes a high level of interaction across all areas of the business, my job requires good attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, whilst also being able to organise my time and be able to prioritise my workload.

My future goals and aspirations in life are to take on more responsibilities in my job role and have more qualifications in Health and Safety. My whole experience at Sports Direct has been brilliant, the people I work with are lovely and that is why I enjoy coming to work every day. To sum it up in one word – AMAZING!!!

About you

You will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to priorities your workload to the needs of the business or the department in which you work.

Communication is king and you will be able to communicate to individuals across all functions of this global brand.

Working in an Administration role

The majority of administration roles will be based at our head office in Shirebrook. All administration roles are vital in any department as the role forms the basis of efficient working.
