1. If you have received the promotion code BIRTHDAYOCT then you will be able to make one of the following:
a. an in-app purchase on the official Sports Direct mobile application app (the Sports Direct app);
b. a purchase on the Sports Direct UK website at www.sportsdirect.com
2. In order to use the Promotion you must either go:
a. onto the Sports Direct app, make an in-app purchase at the checkout and enter the promotion code BIRTHDAYOCT; or
b. onto the Sports Direct UK website at www.sportsdirect.com, make a purchase at the checkout and enter the promotion code BIRTHDAYOCT
3. The Promotion will run from 00:00 on the first day of the calendar month of your birthday month until 23:59 on the last day of the calendar month. For example, if your birthday is in January the Promotion would run from 1 January until 31 January.
4. The Promotion cannot be used:
a. in conjunction with any e-voucher, gift card, other promotions;
b. on more than one purchase per customer;
c. on any delivery charges;
d. by anyone other than the recipient of the email attaching / providing a link to the Promotion.
5. There is no entry fee to use this Promotion.
6. Only one use of the Promotion will be permitted per person.
7. The Promoter is Sportsdirect.com Retail Limited whose registered office is at Unit A Brook Park East, Shirebrook, NG20 8RY (the Promoter).
8. The decision made by the Promoter as to those persons able to use the Promotion and the products that are eligible for the Promotion is final.
9. No correspondence relating to the Promotion will be entered into.
10. By using this Promotion, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
11. No alternative (cash or otherwise) to the Promotion is available.
12. Only the email recipient of the Promotion is eligible to participate in the Promotion and such email recipient shall not assign and/or transfer the Promotion to any other person.
13. The Promoter may cancel the Promotion by giving notice on this webpage.
14. The Promoter accepts no liability for cancellation of the Promotion.
15. The Promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
