1. Event
- Turn your Men’s, Women’s or Junior’s Cork Gaelic Athletic Association (“GAA”) Jersey into a bucket hat at the ‘Footy Buckets Event’ on the Date and at the Location defined above.
2. Promoter
- Sportsdirect.com Retail Limited whose registered office is at Unit A, Brook Park East, Shirebrook, NG20 8RY.
3. Events Team
- Mixtape Marketing Limited whose registered office is at 6 Birch House, Rosemount Business park, Ballycoolin, Dublin 11, D11PK25.
4. Platform
- Promoter's Facebook, Instagram and X.
5. Eligibility
In order to take part in the event, you must:
- book a time slot for the Event (defined above) on the Eventbrite booking link found at https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/1365189912779?aff=oddtdfcreator
- bring an authentic Men's, Women's of Junior's Cork GAA jerseys with Sports Direct sponsorship branding ("Jersey"), which must be clean and free of major rips, stains, or damage, to your timeslot booked in accordance with (1) above;
- arrive five (5) minutes prior to to your booking time slot; and
- provide your Jersey to the Events Team and specific whether you require a junior or senior sized Hat (definted below), on the Date and Location definted above, in order for it to be transformed into a bucket hat.
6. Restrictions
The following restrictions will apply to the Event:
- inauthentic, excessively damaged, or inappropriate Jerseys are not eligible for the Event and the Promotor reserves the right to reject such Jerseys.
- no other garment or item can be used to take part in the Event.
- late arrivals may not be accommodated, and the Promotor reserves the right to allocate time slots to walk in customers.
- employees and agents of the Promotor and its group companies are not eligible to participate in the Event.
7. Transformation Process
Once you have met all Eligibility steps in accordance with clause 3 above, your Jersey will be transformed into one (1) junior or senior sized bucket hat (“Hat”). The Hat sizing will vary and therefore specific dimensions of the final Hat cannot be provided.
Due to the handmade nature of the process, exact outcomes and sizes may vary and the Promoter does not guarantee the preservation of all logos, emblems, or features from the Jersey.
8. Collection Method
Once you have met all Eligibility steps in accordance with clause 3 above and your Hat has been transformed in accordance with clause 5 above, your hat will be ready within approximately one (1) hour after your booked time slot and you will receive a receipt for your Hat which must be brought with you at the time of collection. You must wait at location for pickup.
Collection of the Hat must occur on completion and you will be advised of the time to return for collection. The Promoter reserves the right for any uncollected items be donated or disposed of.
9. Refund Policy
This is a custom made-to-order service offered by the Promoter. Refunds or exchanges on any jerseys purchased/supplied are not permitted once the transformation of the Jersey into the Hat begins.
10 The following General Terms and Conditions apply to this Promotion
1. In order to take part in the Event you must meet the Eligibility set out above. Restrictions apply.
2. Participants in the event will need to follow the Collection Method as set out above.
3. Only one Hat will be made from one Jersey.
4. By taking part in the Event, each participant acknowledges and accepts that a) the Jersey used for the Event will be irreversibly altered and cannot be restored to its original form; b) the Promoter is not responsible for any financial loss arising from the alteration of the Jersey; and c) the participation in the Event is at your own risk. The Promoter will not be liable for damage caused by pre-existing faults in the garment or force majeure events

Code: Each Discount Card shall display a unique code to be used on the Website or App.
Maximum Use: There is no limit to the amount of time the Code/Discount Card may be used. The maximum discount which can be used by each player is limited to £1000 per month.

The Winners will then receive their race number a few weeks before the Marathon Date or the Winner can choose to collect their race number on the Marathon Date. The Winner’s will receive email notifications in the run up to that date. The Prize Provider will confirm all details with the Winner’s.
