Timberland's Sprint Trekker Mid Boots cut an ankle-height shape from waterproof leather, laced over a low, flat heel. Beneath the OrthoLite foam footbed sits a compression-moulded ethylene-vinyl acetate midsole, while SensorFlex technology lets the sole flex with the ground underfoot. These need little breaking in; midsole cushioning softens each step.
