Salter's Chester Roaster sets a rectangular cast iron body under a glossy enamel finish, built open-topped with no lid. Thick walls hold heat after the heat source is off, while the shallow form keeps the profile compact. Hand washing helps keep the enamel and iron in good order.
Product Highlights

- Certified enamel finish free from per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances
- Stain-resistant interior showed no marking after cooking curry and blackberries in testing
- Compatible with induction, gas, electric, and ceramic hobs, then straight into the oven
- Lifetime guarantee from Salter, a kitchenware name established in 1760
