ADIDAS UNVEIL ROAD TO GLORY PACK FOR THE 2026 WORLD CUP

Published: 03/06/2026 | By: Alex Courbat

World Cup summers just hit differently. The football is bigger. The pressure is greater. Every tackle feels heavier, every goal feels louder, and every piece of kit suddenly carries a bit more meaning. That's exactly why boot brands save their biggest swings for the grandest stage of them all. And adidas weren’t going to miss an opportunity to go big.

Introducing the Road To Glory Pack – the Three Stripes' official collection for the 2026 FIFA World Cup and a pack that looks like it's been designed with one instruction in mind: make sure nobody misses it.

Bringing together the Predator, F50 Hyperfast and COPA Pure 4, adidas have drenched the entire collection in a blazing Solar Turbo finish that's somewhere between bright red and fluorescent pink. It's loud. It's aggressive. It's guaranteed to divide opinion. But one thing it definitely isn't is boring.

Truth be told, subtlety was never going to cut it at a World Cup. This is football's biggest shop window. The stage where careers are made, nations dream and legends are born. If you're going to release a tournament pack, you might as well make it impossible to ignore.

And that's before we get to the best detail of all.

For the first time ever, adidas have placed the FIFA World Cup Trophy on the heel of every boot in the pack. Now, on paper that might sound like a small touch. In reality, it's brilliant.

Because while modern football is full of conversations about contracts, transfers and social media followers, the World Cup remains the one thing that cuts through all of it.

Every player heading to North America this summer wants the same thing. Every kid watching from home dreams of the same thing. That little gold trophy on the heel serves as a reminder of exactly what's at stake. It's football in its absolute purest form.

The F50 Hyperfast arguably steals the show. Finished in Solar Turbo, Black and Gold Metallic, it looks every bit the speed boot you'd expect to see flying down the wing at 35 kilometres an hour. You can already picture Lamine Yamal and Ousmane Dembélé causing absolute chaos in them.

Then there's the Predator. If ever a silo was built for World Cup drama, it's this one. The Solar Turbo upper paired with Thermal Chrome and Core Black accents feels unapologetically Predator. Bold, in-your-face and designed for players who want the spotlight rather than hide from it. Jude Bellingham stepping into a knockout match wearing these? It just makes sense.

The COPA Pure 4 rounds things off beautifully. Traditionally the understated member of the family, even it has embraced the madness this time around. The silver Three Stripes break up the sea of Solar Turbo perfectly, delivering a look that somehow manages to feel both premium and rebellious at the same time.

What's particularly interesting is how different this feels from last year's Road To Glory collection. The 2025 edition felt classy. Elegant, even. Wrapped in white, black, gold and purple tones, it was a pack built around prestige and celebration. It looked like something created for football royalty.

This year's version feels completely different. The 2026 Road To Glory Pack isn't interested in looking sophisticated. It wants attention. It wants headlines. It wants to be remembered.

And honestly? That's exactly what a World Cup pack should do.

The only slight criticism is that adidas and Nike appear to have reached very similar conclusions this summer. With both brands leaning heavily into bright red and pink tones, there won't be quite as much visual separation between the biggest names in the game as we're used to seeing. Still, that's a minor gripe.

Because when the tournament kicks off and the world's best players walk out wearing these, nobody will be talking about colour clashes. They'll be talking about moments.

The goals. The upsets. The celebrations. The images that end up framed on bedroom walls for the next twenty years. And if adidas have got their way, the Road To Glory Pack will be right at the centre of all of it.
