adidas' Terrex Mount Down Hooded Jacket sits at hip length in a regular fit, with a funnel neck and full-length zip for coverage. Baffled panels hold 600-fill-power 80/20 duck down, while the wind-resistant shell resists water.
Product Highlights
- 600-fill-power 80/20 duck down filling delivers insulating warmth
- Hood adjusts at the back of the head for both circumference and crown, cinching down so it holds in wind
- Shell with a water-repellent treatment resists water while staying soft over a base or mid layer
- Curved-sleeve construction follows the natural arm position for free movement
- Stuffs into its own internal stretch mesh pocket, so it stows flat in a pack
- Two pockets provide space for small essentials
Best For
- Multi-day backpacking, where a warmth layer compresses into a rucksack
- Cold-weather hiking on exposed ridgelines and wind-hit trails
- Warming up and cooling down after autumn trail runs
- Walkers wearing a thick mid layer underneath, who may want to size up
