Built on a foot-shaped last, the Altra Experience Flow 3 is an everyday road running shoe with an engineered mesh upper and a moderate EGO polyolefin foam midsole. A 4 mm heel drop sits under a wide, high-volume toe box, keeping the foot in a natural position through each stride. Rubber covers much of the outsole, and a soft, padded heel cup holds the rear foot steady.
