Built around the crossover between tarmac and trail, the Asics Blazeblast stacks a neutral, high-cushion ride on a lugged outsole. Its engineered mesh upper is lightly reinforced at the front, with a padded heel and tongue holding the midfoot secure and a roomy toe box ahead. An 8mm heel drop and a weight of 8.9 oz keep things light for the amount of foam underfoot.
