The ASICS SUPERBLAST 3 running shoe is designed to give you a supercharged feel underfoot, turning daily kilometres into light, energetic strides.

A new dual-layer midsole pairs ASICS’ lightest and bounciest FF LEAP cushioning with a stabilising base of FF BLAST PLUS foam, delivering deep protection with a lively rebound that feels equally at home in relaxed runs and faster efforts.

Up top, an engineered woven upper wraps the foot in breathable support, while a gusseted tongue wing-fit system enhances midfoot hold and helps keep the tongue centred as you move.

Underneath, a trampoline-inspired sole geometry and redesigned outsole “pod” shape promote a more energised toe-off, so each step feels like it springs you into the next.

Finished with reflective details and a high-stack profile, the SUPERBLAST 3 blends maximal cushioning with responsive ride quality for high-mileage training on the road.

• FF LEAP cushioning: ASICS’ lightest and bounciest foam, influenced by METASPEED racing models, used as the top layer of the midsole to provide a highly energetic and soft underfoot feel.

• FF BLAST PLUS cushioning: EVA-based foam forming the lower midsole layer, adding cloud-like cushioning, structure and stability while keeping the shoe lighter.

• Trampoline-inspired sole shape: Redesigned outsole and “trampoline pod” geometry under the forefoot to increase energy return and create a more pronounced bouncing sensation at toe-off.

• Engineered woven upper: Lightweight, breathable woven upper material that adapts more naturally to foot movement, helping keep feet dry and secure on longer runs.

• Gusseted tongue wing-fit system: Internal tongue wings that connect to the upper to improve midfoot fit, enhance lockdown and reduce tongue sliding during transitions.
