The 2nd generation of PTP superband heavy can be used for assisted pull-ups, agility and resistance training. The dual-coloured design provides a training scale for both resistance training and pull-ups. Different levels of assistance are for individuals that are competent at pull-ups/chin-ups and dips but wish to perform more reps. Increased resistance will challenge functional fitness and agility training.
