The Speedo Fit Belt uses an adjustable strap to hold modular foam float sections in place. Each foam block lifts off or slides along the strap, so it's your call how much lift stays on. The strap runs from roughly 56 cm to 145 cm (22" to 57") and closes with a quick release buckle that tightens right down when wet.
