PUMA have ripped the script and turned up the heat this winter with their new Unscripted Pack, bringing a burst of electric blue to the colder months. The collection might be dressed in icy tones, but the blue brings a different kind of heat – vibrant, energetic and ready to light up the pitch under the winter floodlights. With Ultra Blue, Icy Blue, Lime Squeeze and Fizzy Melon lighting up the three silos, PUMA have created a pack that brings summer-like energy to the coldest part of the football season.
Built around football's unpredictability, the Unscripted Pack celebrates the last-minute goals, last-ditch tackles and unforgettable moments that make football, football. It's about the players who don't wait for the game to tell them what's coming next but create something of their own.
The Future 9, Ultra Nitro 7 and King 20 all get their chance to bring that feeling to the pitch this winter, with each one taking on a different personality. Energetic, bright and bold is the PUMA way right now.
Moving on from the Arrival’s Pack Sugared Almond base, the PUMA Future 9 arrives in Ultra Blue and Luminous Blue across the upper and soleplate, with flashes of Fizzy Melon adding another burst of colour. A PUMA White logo wraps around the heel to finish the design, giving the brighter tones a clean contrast.
The blues set the tone, but it's the Fizzy Melon details that really bring the energy. It's a vibrant look for a boot built around creativity, with enough colour to catch the eye without losing the clean feel of the design.
The Ultra Nitro 7 brings the speed to the pitch, and for those that love a boot with a little electricity to it, the design certainly delivers.
Ultra Blue and Icy Blue share the upper with PUMA White, creating a sharp contrast between the brighter and colder tones. An Ultra Blue soleplate completes the look underneath, keeping the colourway connected from top to bottom.
The Lime Squeeze details are used more sparingly, appearing around the tips of the studs and in three small accents towards the collar. Different from the Future 9, the secondary colour stays quieter here, allowing the different shades of blue to remain the main attraction. It's a design that feels fast before it has even hit the pitch.
The King 20 gives the pack a simpler, more balanced look. For those who'd rather let their actions do the talking on the pitch than make all the noise with what's on their feet, this one takes a more understated route.
An Ultra Blue upper pairs with a PUMA Black Formstrip along the side of the boot, but that's not what makes the design pop. The Formstrip is outlined with Lime Squeeze, giving the classic shape a sharp edge and bringing a flash of energy to the otherwise clean colourway.
The Ultra Blue soleplate keeps things consistent underneath, while Lime Squeeze returns on the King branding around the tongue and heel of the soleplate.
Fit for a King, this is arguably the most restrained of the three, but it still carries the same bold identity that runs through the whole collection.
The Future 9 is bright and expressive, the Ultra Nitro 7 is sharp and energetic, while the King 20 takes a more controlled approach. Across all three, Ultra Blue provides the foundation, with icy tones and flashes of Lime Squeeze and Fizzy Melon bringing the heat.
And that's what makes the colourway work so well for winter. The blues have an icy, cold-weather feel, but under the floodlights they come alive, with brighter details cutting through the darkness and bringing a flash of heat to the pitch. It's a pack that looks cold, but plays with a visual energy that feels anything but.
Because football doesn't always follow the expected path. The best moments can come from the player who sees something nobody else does, takes the chance and changes the game in an instant. The Unscripted Pack is made for those moments.
Off Script. On Fire.
